Board Members Compensation

Directors receive compensation for attendance at regular and special meetings of the Board at a rate of $125 for each day’s service.  Board members are also compensated at the same rate for service rendered as a member of a committee of the Board or for attendance at an approved conference or seminar.  The maximum number of days in any calendar month for which compensation is authorized to be paid to a member of the Board is ten (10) with a maximum of one hundred and twenty (120) days in a calendar year.
