Household Size Variance

Effective July 1, 2025, CVWD has adopted budget-based rates. For single-family homes, indoor water budgets and wastewater rates are based on the number of people in your home. The default household size is four (4).

You may request a variance if your household size is different than four (4). To notify the District your accurate household size, fill out the form below. For additional information visit www.cvwd.com/rates.
